Sharon is an ideas person who see possibilities for project, collaborations and connections in almost everything. She loves a challenge and is usually willing to take on something new and different. This has led to a varied career and lots of adventures. As a Baha’i the concept of service is integrated into all she does. Sharon has worked with youth in a variety of roles, in education and in community development at home and overseas. For the last 6 years she has volunteered in Africa with a Canadian Foundation working with youth on the island of Zanzibar and is helping to set up a community development project in a small rural community on the outskirts of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania.

Keith has been involved with almost a billion dollars worth of construction over 20 years. Bringing this experience and desire to share his knowledge and experience to the Victoria region in 2019 onward, Keith has recently (October 2018) moved back to Victoria, and has now set up the office.
